Automated truck weighing
A complete truck scale system, ScaleApp software and outdoor driver terminals, where the driver does everything alone. No scale operator needed.
How it works
The driver does everything, from the cab
One terminal can be installed on each side of the truck scale. Compared to traditional systems, there is no operator in the loop: the process is automated, simpler and safer, and can save approximately 10–15 minutes per weighing.

The driver identifies the truck at the terminal, with a QR code or RFID card (optional reader) or on the touchscreen.

The driver enters or selects the weighing information on the touchscreen and confirms.

The weight is recorded automatically. With the optional printer, the weighing ticket is printed at the terminal.

ScaleApp records the transaction, produces reports and sends the data to accounting or ERP systems.
Turnkey or integration-ready
- Complete truck weighing application, used as a standalone system or integrated into your enterprise management system; the base version manages clients, trucks and destinations and produces reports
- Integrates with ERP, accounting and reporting systems (Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, Access, SQL and others), plus third-party applications through its Web API and FTP/FTPS protocols
- Monitors and controls scale indicators of any type, truck position sensors, remote displays, traffic lights and barriers
- Can be extended: more scales, equipment and integrations as your needs grow
- Industrial-grade capacitive touchscreen, readable in direct sunlight, operating down to −30 °C
- IP66 enclosure with thermal insulation, internal ventilation and heating; hood protecting against sun, rain, snow and mechanical damage
- Optional direct thermal ticket printer: print width up to 80 mm, paper roll of approx. 2,000 tickets
